I love how Jet of all characters is emphasized so much. He’s bigger, better looking, and in general just looks cooler than the others. He’s in the center, for crying out loud! How many common passers-by will know who he is? Jeez…
Why are there sonic characters? Why are there two gigantic dicks made outta ballons? Why does jet looks like he was taken straight out of a horror movie? And why isn’t rouge there for the good ending of the party?

The amount of places I've seen around with copyrighted characters painted on their window [as in, the owner put them there] is a bit distressing.
This isn't odd in the sense that it's a thing. It's odd because it's usually like Disney characters or something.
