Funniest thing I’ve watched all week. I’ve been waiting for this review for so long. I’m glad somebody else besides me pointed out the Rouge the Bat “tit shaking” challenge.
Now, predictably comment like you’re defending your life’s worth.

I can’t say I enjoyed this video, but then again the only other Yahtzee video I recall watching recently-ish is his Minecraft review and I didn’t find that one to be enjoyable either. :/
At least on his Minecraft one he raised somewhat valid points, in this case it looks like he was trying to find a few things to hate and then clinging on to them to sound upset, not unlike that horrid “Angry Video Game Nerd” character who is all flash no substance. :/
DUnknownSX says: Dissapointment. Seriously. I know this reviews from his for so long. Any I agree with almost all his reviews. Even the Sonic ones. But Sonic Generations wasn’t bad. It was meant to remember the legacy. Modern Sonic istn’t bad, he is fun to play with, I like all the adrinalin you get. The review just felt so forced. The first video of him I didn’t laugh once. Sorry, but I’m honest.

Shadowbane2009 says: the one thing I can agree on…was odd controls at times…when jumping but other than that…the game was and still is great…hey Sega did make an attempt at trying to fix Crisis City lol…its not the best…but 2006..that was a nightmare…I will admit. One thing they brought back in this was those auto running levels…I twitched a bit when I saw that. I was just glad you don’t die in this game vs. 2006 lol. That shit dove me nutz. Also I agree about the Police Box LMAO.

That was practically positive for a Zero Punctuation review, and many of the criticisms where valid. Also funny as usual, so, good stuff. XD
Meh, I chuckled here and there. It wasn’t too funny, but it’s nice to hear someone speak their mind the other way around sometimes. :3

SpeedStarTMQ says: I’m pretty sure the review isn’t meant to be taken very seriously. It’s a clever review which points out the odd and quirky things in the game and turns them in to a negative, you lot need to lighten up, this is comedy.

It’s actually funnier when he runs into a game he can’t help but like but still manage to nit pick for the sake of nit pick, like Batman Arkham Asylum.

Talk about a genius who adamantly speaks his mind about games and makes a guy question what he really likes. The whole juxtaposition between the two Sonics came off as a bit superstitious though, as I don’t think that was the “hidden point” of the game. Although he makes hilarious –yet true– points about the game, I still humbly disagree with his overall opinion. But hey, at least I finally got to know his thoughts on Sonic Colors. XD

I loved Generations.
I loved this review.

Some of those movies ARE campy, but hilarious. The point is, it’s humor. Just sit back and laugh. I’m pretty sure Godzilla fans won’t get their panties in a knot because MST3K made fun of quite a handful of their movies, including the introduction of Jet Jaguar.

My assumption is he was a fan back in the day, still plays them just to see how it’s going, then gets paid to rip the shit out of it. I laugheed and agree with him on every point. Sonic Generations Modern Stages and some control issues with Retro Sonic prove one thing to me: You cannot polish a turd.

Chaud says: Why people take Yahtzee’s analysis seriously is still a mystery to me. There is always one or other believable detail in his analysis, but this is more a hint of spice to illustrate what is actually a comedy show. He doesn’t take himself seriously. I don’t know why, then, other people decided that they should do it.
This review was clearly just biased against the new gameplay – which I was as well. Then I played Sonic Generations and have become quite the convert. As in, this game which is supposedly such a shit game sold me on the gameplay which us “classic fans” hate.
Huh? There’s really nothing to defend, ha haven’t pointed game’s flaws all that much besides the tired argument that MODERN SONIC SUCKZ BALLS!!! Bhagh, blagh, blagh!
Overall I feel disappointed with this review, all that bashing wasn’t even funny besides 32x joke. I waited soooo long to hear his biased bashing and have fun with it but… it’s so generic and uninspired!
