Hey guys! I want to thank all of you who donated this month, made a donation subscription or helped us out during the donation drive on Sunday. We were absolutely inundated with dozens of donations–to the point where my original model of thanking you all specifically wouldn’t work!
I just glance in the site’s PayPal account and it’s like
That, and I would have no idea if you wanted your real names used or not. I’ll be contacting subscribers to see how they want to do this in the future and apologize that you’re not getting a personal shoutout this month.
When I originally planned this, I figured we’d get maybe ten people max, not the outpouring we’ve received. We absolutely could not make this site go without the help of our members, and we sincerely thank everyone who stepped up to the plate. We’ll be taking some of that money to do this first t-shirt run, which I’ll have pre-orders up for by the end of the week.
Though it was tempting to blow all the cash on half-price Halloween candy.

You wanted to blow it on Halloween candy!? C’mon! Do what the rest of us did and humiliate yourself door-to-door in a stupid outfit! Honestly, you let Halloween go by without trick-or-treating? I did it, and I’m 20!
Seriously though, about the donations, it’s nice that the site did so well. How much did the site get, anyways? My guess would have to be maybe $400.00 or somewhere around there.

Awwww, I missed the singing?? I would of give a fourth donation of $25 taking it to an even $100 that night, but I got sleepy around the time 06 was being played, so I went to bed
Did they get Sonic R running at all? Anyway I was just happy to be able to donate.

No, couldn’t get Sonic R working. I went ahead and purchased a copy just in case for any future marathons.
